Jennifer Vacca & James Leeuw got married on a beautiful, sunny, February day in Baltimore at the Baltimore Museum of Industry.
Since Jenn is originally from Baltimore and James loves machinery and technology, the museum was the perfect location to have their wedding.
Everyone agreed that Jenn’s grandmother (who had passed away a few months before the wedding) definitely had a hand in ensuring the unseasonably beautiful weather and was present at the wedding in spirit. ❤
After a sweet, tear-filled First Look and a gorgeous sunset, the ceremony was held amidst machinery and educational exhibits, followed by delicious cocktails & food catered by Biddle Street Catering.
After cocktail hour, the newlyweds had their first dance as husband and wife, as well as with their mother & father. The Maid Of Honor and Best Man gave their hilarious & heartfelt toasts, kicking off an energetic night of dancing.
The live music by Mission Dance had the guests singing and dancing all night long.
Being a pastry chef, of course Jenn made her own wedding cake. After being egged on by their friends, Jenn & James finally conceded with a reluctant cake smash. As Rutgers graduates (where the two of them first met!), they decided to give out “edible favors” for their friends & family to take home – the famous “Fat Sandwiches” that Rutgers University is known for.
